This project was for the supply and installation of mechanical natural and smoke ventilation systems for this spectacular 12500m² warehouse at We Buy Cars, Gosforth Park, Gauteng. A special thank you to Chartwell Roofing and Plantech for giving us the opportunity to complete this great project together as a team.
The scope of work for this warehouse:

Twelve (12) Smoke- & Natural extraction fans complete with electro-mechanical Fire-X vertical discharge louvres. Controlled by a multi-zone control panel and a touch screen mimic panel with fan boost options and carbon monoxide readings.

Seven (7) electro-mechanical louvred smoke ventilators for low level return make-up air.

Seven Hundred and Eighty One (781) square meters of Smoke baffles to divide the building into Eight (8) smoke zones.
