This project was for the supply and installation of mechanical natural and smoke ventilation systems for the prestigious 120 000m² Massmart Logistics Riversands Distribution Centre, Gauteng. 

The scope of work for this 120 000m² warehouse:

1. Sixty Four (64) 1000 diameter 7,5KW smoke extraction fans complete with electro-mechanical Fire-X vertical discharge louvres. Controlled by Four (4) smoke control panels.

2. Eighteen (18) FXV-10 smoke vents for low level return make-up air.

3. Four Thousand Two Hundred (4200) square meters of Smoke baffles to divide the building into Eight (8) smoke zones.
